What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, and consent details (the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and the IP address used) so we can show your sign-up was opt-in.

This site doesn’t take payments, doesn’t use advertising trackers, and doesn’t knowingly collect information from children. Nekoshi’s colours and name from “Make it yours” are saved in your own browser only.

We count visits with Fathom Analytics. It uses no cookies and collects no personal information, so nobody is followed around the web.

How we use it

To confirm your sign-up, and to email you when Nekoshi launches, with the occasional update you asked for. We use double opt-in: you only join the list after you click the link in our confirmation email.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it to train AI models.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the sign-up form. Postmark delivers our email. Fathom Analytics counts visits. They process data for us under their own terms and security commitments.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again. You can ask us to delete that too.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured straight away. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example Canada, the EU, the UK or California), you may have more rights, and we honour those requests.
